editing audio in smaller units than frames

hi folks,

is there any way of editing audio in units less than 1 frame other than opening a clip in Soundforge, editing it, then replacing in Vegas? Ive heard a few people applaud Vegas's capabilities as a sound editor in another post but without the ability to edit within frames I don't think it's quite up to it, especially when dealing with synchronising audio so I'll probably end up in Nuendo for the final dub...

cheers,

baldwin

Absolutely. Just turn off "Quantize to Frames". Just remember to turn it back on as soon as you're done with that. When working with video, that option needs to be ON.

Well that certainly solves that one!

Thanks Edward. Here's to audio that's in sync!
