Ideal Apple TV HD 720p encode settings for Vegas?

I've read on the Apple site that Apple TV's max framerate in 720p is 24, but some of the HD podcasts on iTunes are encoded at 30. And the bitrate is limited to 5Mbps.

Unfortunately, I'm not an expert when it comes to encoding for Apple TV in HD so can someone tell me the proper Vegas MainConcept AVC encoder settings that would work with Apple TV?
