How to edit dvr-ms video in vegas 7.0e?

I'm just tired of 24p pull-down removing, so I try to capture video using Windows Movie Maker(Vista version). It worked fine but I got a large dvr-ms file and I can't edit it in my vegas 7.0e.
Anyone could help?
