Sirui TY-70A plate
Anyone using the Sirui TY-70A quick release plate ?

I need to know the distance (in mm) between the forward anti-rotation pin and the rear edge of the plate to determine whether it would possible access to the battery release latch on the underside of my Canon HF-G40 with the plate mounted or whether, as I suspect, I would have to remove the pin (looks like it can be unscrewed) and mount the plate further forward.
