Does this 4K160 zoom-macro make sense?

Hi! I'd like to record 4K160 and see that the Z CAM E2-M4 is the least expensive body option.

I have other cameras that can perform everything else. So... I thought I'd buy some (now less expensive) EF lenses like the good old 100-400 5.6L. Speaking of oldies but goodies, I still have a clean 77mm 500D diopter that will offer some true macro.

Is this a practical camera/lens combination?

I guess this is not straight forward. There is a focal reducer and EF mount adapter. Googling "does Z Cam E2-M4 require a cine lens?" does not return anything. Waiting for reply from B&H
