I SHOULD know this.....but I don't
 
I have a few videos that I want to use certain segments as photos....how do I do that? Sort of like making a photo montage from video I shot. I don't want to make it a montage, I want to actually print the pictures. Help...

"Export...Frame" to a still photo format like bmp or tif.
