Plugin or filter for acne blemish reduction

What is the best thing available for acne / pock mark type issues on a models face. We brought in a makeup artist but still didnt cover it enough to keep it from being apparent in HD. Using cs3. Looks like we will be shooting this model quite a bit so need to see how much I can fix or hide this in post. The words spackle were thrown about during the shoot a bit hehe. Its really her only flaw. So she looks great after a bit of photoshop repair for stills.

Would love to hear some solutions for post video work. Thanks in advance, Ryan

I generally bring the footage in AE, Dynamic Link, then duplicate the clip, select the face with a mask, motion track the face to keep the mask in sync and the apply some blur and set the transparency to taste.

Very cool. Looking for something bit less time invasive. More like a softening type filter that will mask it a bit. In photoshop I have a nice filter from Kodak that works really great for skin issues to reduce skin irregularities. Any other suggestions?
