Multi-workstation Premiere workflow needs

Hello all. I'm asking a question that I'm not sure has a solution for in a Premiere/AE/PHotoshop/Audition workflow.

Here's what we have: 3 Production Premium workstations (two CS3, one CS4, all with GbE and Raid 5's). Two are used for our main project edting, the other for AE compositing. All use Cineform (except the CS4 is still waiting for their CFHD 4 update... :( )

Here's our need:

We all work on the same major projects, and badly need a single point of access/storage for our workflow. GbE is too slow for the huge 1920x180p files we use. We need a MUCH faster networking solution, one that will allow us to easily mirror our single point of access/storage for security, and not have to constantly duplicate files for each station's local work. We are not afraid to build a fast RAID 10 NAS, or use new highspeed flashdrives mirrored to HDD's for backup, but would still be choked by the GbE network speed.

Any suggestions, or are we just dreaming, since Premiere is not really even able to DO that over a network?

Hello, seems to me you'll need a fiber optic solution, if you need to share footage seamessly with a single point of access, working AT THE Same time in the same videos, VIRTUAL volumes, etc...a fiber optic server is the way to go...it cost a lot of money to buy it and for fiber optic cards for your computers...its add up fast, plus licenses, more hardware, etc...I found one of the best choices and without licenses is Terrablock from Facilis Technology (FACILIS TECHNOLOGY INC), I think this is the best solutions in the market and the have manage to cut cost and complications. These guys used to work in Avid so they know what they talking about.
I, by no means related to this company or get anything free from them...I wish!!! we hope that sometime in the near future be able to buy a Terrablock and skyrocket our prodution!

Cheers!
