Best Solution for using PPro CS5 for encoding for Web

Hey Guys, I am really trying my best to figure this out. I am trying to encode my final product to upload to Exposure Room but cannot figure out the correct encoding method for this. Any help would be awesome at this point. THANKS

If you are using CS5, it is very simple.
From your project timeline File> Export > Media
In the transcode window that launches, select FORMAT: h.264; PRESET: Vimeo HD
Exposure Room recommends that the 720x1280 HD file to be encoded @ 5mbs average, so you can make that one adjustment. For best encoding use 2 pass VBR.
All of the other settings you can leave at the default values.
Click on QUEUE at the bottom of the page and AME queue will open and will process the file when you click START QUEUE
When EX Room gets the uploaded file, they will retranscode to medium and HD for web streaming.
They insist that these settings allow them to obtain the best quality transcode for web display.
Should be bulletproof :)
