After effects help
My after effects renders are including frames from other comps??? Anybody know why this would happen???

Have you tried purging your memory and cache before rendering? You might have to clean out your memory before rendering.
Are you running other applications at the same time? Have you tried pre-rendering certain comps or tracks to ease the load on your CPU and RAM? |
Are you using it with Premiere via Dynamic link. I had the same issue last week, but my solution was to pre-render the dynamic sections. That won't help in your case if you aren't currently using Dynamic Link.
