Why not just pay the $20.00 per month? With the subscription, you get everything and you are not held to a contract. You can pay for it when you need it. I think that it's a much better deal. This way, you can get all future versions to come.

Maurice, what is the minimume period with the Cloud deal? Can you really drop in and out as you please?

Looking at the plan options below, it looks like you can pay for limited periods for a single app, but need an annual commitment for the full suite. If you think in terms of a new version every two years, then 24 months at $63 is $1512 which is not a bad deal. Whatever the deal is, it will still cost 50% more for non US based customers.
