Dead Pixel Fix Plug In?

I shot some footage with a HM100 and found 2 dead pixels in post. I know there are plug ins for Vegas, but do any exist for PP CS5/6?

Boris Continuum Complete has a version for Adobe and includes the "Pixel Fixer" plugin for that problem.
