1970's footage recreate??

hi there,
i have shot footage on canon xf100 that I need to give a 70's look. Please have a look at this for
an idea of looking I am trying to get. Does anyone have any ideas how I may this this.
All advice appreciated.

Duplicate the layer & bring down some settings (Color Levels, Brightness/Contrast, Curves). Then mix the opacity to taste so it blends well with the original. Maybe even create a solid color layer of brown or blue, whichever works better with the scene & bring its opacity to 3%.

For the grainy look, I have a B&W 16mm video file which gives it those black dots & grain streaks here & there. Just mix that in & change the mode to overlay or vivid or hard light or something.

It can all be done in Premiere, or After Effects, but if all you have is Premiere itll work. Email me if you need the file, I could probably Dropbox it to you.
