Black Magic codec for CS5.

Sorry for making a thread for a really really basic problem here. I filmed a wedding this past weekend where my second shooter surprised me by showing up with a brand new Black Magic cinema camera. Now I'm trying to import the footage into my Premiere Pro CS5, and it' only interpreting the audio track.

I'm guessing I need to download and install some new codec, but I can't find any links anywhere. Can someone please tell me where to find what I need?

I don't have the software that comes with the camera as the camera is not mine.

Did your second shooter film the footage as DNG RAW sequence or compressed footage in DNxHD or ProRes. Those are the only options.

The DNG RAW sequence should be easily recognizable, since that'll be a folder per shot, filled with DNG files, which are the frames. The ProRes is a little more tricky when you're on a PC - I know that Premiere CS6 does support that codec natively, accidentally found that out myself. Hurray for Adobe. The DNxHD is a codec which can be fetched for free from AVID: Avid QuickTime Codecs LE 2.3.8

Fantastic, that does the trick. Thanks a lot for the link.
