Your Opinion on some Adobe Grading...Newb :)

Hi,

I am fairly new, both to video and to grading/effects, and I would just really someone else's eyes. We are starting an internet show, and we are trying to find the right look. Any suggestions on grading, OR on lighting (my raw footage is also in the shot), would be appreciated!
