project pinning on CS5 premiere pro

When I start a new project and save it in a folder" Adobe CS5 projects" it works fine but I have noticed the project does not always appear in the pinned panel when CS5 is opened from the DeskTop. Can anyone explain why this is so and how I can ensure that the project is pinned?
