Premiere... for $80???!?!?!?
Yeah found this on ebay and was wondering is this was plausible, or if this guy a credible seller, and should i buy it this cheap and is it for real or is it an error with pounds-to-dollars conversion. Unless Im mistaken this is one of the lastest versions of Premiere, and usually goes for around $700

Looks bogus to me. No box, no manual is a good indication but not always a guilty verdict, but when they have another one going for .10 it's not a good sign.

lol. awesome.

If you're interested in Premiere Pro but don't want to spend $700 then I'd recommend taking a look at Premiere Elements 2.0. You get a good deal of the power of Premiere Pro for around $100 (average street price at reputable stores). You can read a review of Premiere Elements 2.0 here: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1895,1873428,00.asp

R u a student or do u know any students? At least here in Australia, software can be purchased by students at extremely discounted prices. Like Premiere is about a third of the price. 3ds max is about a tenth of the price! Mind you, sometimes they dont allow u to use it to produce commercial work, or have a limited year of licences, but they are full working versions of the software.

awesome. thanks, maybe i will get Premiere Elements. It does have NLE features right?

Just so Josef is clear: You actually have to be a student to buy and use the educational license that comes packaged with the app. Knowing a student and being one is not the same thing. |
well, my cousin is a student in Australia right now. do you have to be a specific kind of student? or just a student?

It depends on the software - some of them are only for faculty use, thus licensing them to install it on one or more computer - some are for part-time students and full-time, some full-time. If this is the case they will need to see proof of enrollment. I recently purchased Premiere Pro and Magic Bullet from one of these organizations and while Adobe does not "limit" the student editions of their products, they do require a photo ID and proof of enrollment.

So yeah... I'd say it's legit. |

Yeah, to bring this to a close Me and my friend bought After Effects 6.5 & Premiere Pro for 44 Pounds. (76.54 or something). So its a little ironic cause i got more for less but were content and pretty sure its legit.

If you have an extra turkey leftover at this festive time of the year, be sure to package it up and forward it along to one of the 700 Adobe employees facing layoff due to declining sales. I will apologize in advance if your purchase is legit with regard to the above but I am not aware of a 90 percent drop in street pricing for Adobe software titles. The best price I could find was about 500 pounds. |
