unclean lens, fix in post?

Hi all,
I have a nice shot set against a blue sky background but unfortunately I had a little salt spray on the lens, only about 6 or 7 spots. Is it possible to fix this in premiere or maybe even after effects, photoshop etc.

Joel.

What is so unique about this shot that it can't be shot again? Does this shot have a clear line between the sky and the ocean. If so, this should be easy to fix depending on where the spots are located. If they are just in the sky area of the shot, you could go back and shoot the sky again with a clean lens and just do a vertical wipe down to the where the sky meets the ocean and replace the old sky. Then use something like Photoshop or After Effects to soften or feather the transition where they meet. If there's anything like mountains or rocks sticking up into the sky area though, you could do the same thing but you'll have your work cut out for you layering all of that.

Thanks James,
I video action sports, this scene has a bike rider jumping from one rock to another with the sun behind him, its very late in the afternoon and his reflection is in a rock pool just below where Im holding the video camera. The skyline is broken up by the rocks, the location is at the beach but on the rocky headland.

Im pretty new to using advanced tricks with the adobe products so if anyone has any ideas it would be much appreciated.

There is a pretty nice clone tool in the newer after effects, i know 6.5 and up versions have it, but not sure about anyothers.
