Premier Pro 2.0 and YouTube

May be a stupid question.....

But I shoot in HD on Canon XH-A1 and HV20 generally in 24P

Sometimes I want to share my editing progress. I am not copyrighting any of my stuff.

So I thought of sharing with friends by putting clips on youtube.

I tried many diffrent ways ... but thus far had troble getting a decent image on youtube.....when I overcompress.... Images appear too choppy if I try better quality I get a file greater than 100 MB.

any suggestions on on creating a 5 min clip from PPro2 to Youtube

The method was to export a DV AVI from Premiere Pro, then follow these instructions from the guys who do "Mr. Deity" http://mrdeity.com/:
------------
Before uploading, I convert the file with QuickTime Pro to h.264, 480x360 pixels at 24fps, better quality, and with a keyframe every 24 frames. The audio is set to AAC, VBR 96-110, 32k stereo.
------------
I left mine at 29.97 but the rest seemed to do the trick. It still looks better when you click the button that makes it 320X240.

I shall try this and report the results.... Thank you!
