clean up audio

Hello all. We just did a wedding this past weekend and i had to get a friend to help do some wedding day tasks. Well one of them was to mic up the groom with a wireless mic. Everything went well except for the fact that my friends inexperience allowed him to clip the lav mic onto the groom by "hiding" it behind his shirt. It was kind of tucked behind the shirt just beneath one of the buttons.

The problem is every now and then you can hear rustling, when the groom moves at all. Is there any way to clean this up? I have audition 2.0 but wooul dtry any other software to cure this problem. I'm not sure if there is a known filter or maybe by doing some things with an EQ??

I am kind of familiar with audtion although not as thourough as Premeire.

Thanks for any help.

It is tough to remove that sound. I have used Magix Audio Cleaning Lab, but it is PC only. I know the Waves plugins for cleaning (Z-Noise) works good for constant hums and buzzes. They may have something for rustling. An EQ may work, but very difficult. You could always remove the lo end. Put a hi pass with the roll-off setting at around 90 Hz. That will remove the rumble.
