http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e334/sunarto/Wave.jpg

How to change waveform (1) to waveform (2)?
In that sample, I using TMPGEnc with filter volume adjustment ---> volume uniformation
If I want using adobe audition or other audio software, How to make like that?
So, the result is uniform from begin to end.
Sorry if my english isn't quite good.

Thanks

I'm not sure I understand what you want to do. If you want to make audio 1 into audio 2 you want to use some sort of compressor. It is sometimes referred to as "Dynamics". I use the audio "Dynamics" in Premier Pro a lot.

If you have Premier Pro, go to the graphical interface and lower the "threshold" until you see the blue volume meter move. That will raise the low volume. Then go to the "Limiter" section and play with the controls until you see the red indicator light go on during the loudest parts of your audio. That will "limit" the loud parts.

Other programs have similar tools. Look for those with "compression" and "limiting". Those will give you what you need.
