Jajja Greg. But really, balanced audio, especially if you can get line level out of the RX and it's so close to the camera, is an overkill. Of course the best mic kits will usually have an XLR output and the best cams will have XLR inputs, as is my case.
Well in my case the RX doesn't really have line level output, just mic level... still, the main advantages I have noticed from having XLR are that the mic kit can be easily interfaced to other pro gear or that if there are range problems I can put the RX nearer the TX and run a standard XLR cable to where the camera, mixer or recorder is.
