hooking at899 to sennheisser g2
 

I hook up the at899 to the sennheiser wireless and it sounds a whole lot better than the me2 mic that comes with the kit. Trouble is the power unit for the at899 is bulkier than the transmitter that I use. I hook the power unit to the transmitter via an xlr to miniplug adaptor. Does anybody here do it differntly? I know the at899 comes with a wireless plug but thats only for the lectro or at101 kits.
