first 2 pics are related the sennheiser windshield for the only 416, the 3rd and 4th pic are related the rycote stereo windshield,
I have removed the cable inside the boompole since will be more easy to manage a stereo cable for both the mics. http://i60.tinypic.com/352kvur.jpg

in case of ms recording will you give to the production the orginal files or a matrixed stereo version?
