I need some help to resolve a delicate issue concerning current European production models: specifically the PGx range and the PG14UK/PG185 units.

I don't want to broadcast the details over the net but I suspect I am having a problem with disinformation from a supplier. I know who I would ask to help if this was a Sennheiser issue but is there anyone here who has authoritative knowledge of the current Shure range?

Thanks John. I contacted Shure today and discussed the problem, then went back to the dealer who eventually offered a solution. 'Nuff said over the net. I find these things rather stressful.
