Rycote A5 News Pole
 

I am looking to buy a boom pole and was wondering if anyone has any experience of using the Rycote A5 News Pole? It seems good value to me but can't seem to find too many reviews on the web.

This is Rycote's new pole - it should be superb.

I think it is the same as their previous pole, but using aluminium sections rather than carbon-fibre.

The section joints are excellent and don't stick and, if I remember correctly, are easily removable for easy cleaning to keep the pole in tip-top condition.
