Good luck with your project...... But your riding the back end of a technology wave.

Please come back in a year or so and let us know how you went..... Just remove the batteries out of the H4n at the end of each shoot.

As I wonder how long it will be before there are threads started like "How do I remove the corrosion from leaking batteries in a H4n?"

Looking at the current industry and the ever growing market for hybrid solutions I'm afraid you are the one looking at the back end of things. I've been doing this successfuly for over 15 years and have been keeping up with evolution just fine.
