what boomole for NT3?
Would the Rode BOOMPOLE for NTG-1 / NTG-2 /VIDEOMIC, be useful for the NT3 or is the weight of the NT3 mike too much for it?
NOTE: I never used a boompole before and would like to spend not more than $100 if possible unless huge differences in quality merit spending more. Thank you maximo |
The quality of the boompole isn't nearly as important as the quality of the boom operator.
That said, the Rode boom looks pretty good for the cost. Haven't tried it myself. A good boom is worth the extra cost, but if you're just getting your feet wet, 100.00 isn't a bad way to learn. |
