Sony ECM-670: looking for pdf spec sheet
 

Hi all,

I am looking for a pdf spec sheet for the following microphone: Sony ECM-670.

Can anyone help me out with a download of this? I have googled it and have come up with nothing. I have found general information about it. But I really want a Sony produced spec sheet, anyone? I would even take a photocopy on one if someone has it.

Found on the first Google link: sony_ecm-670.pdf. Try the keywords "Sony ECM-670 PDF". ;-) What I thought was interesting is that it’s not listed at the Sony broadcast site. They list the ECM-674 for $395 list but not the 670.

I think there's a mistake in the .pdf because I've never found a roll-off "switch" on mine. It may have a roll-off but I don't think it's switchable.
Kind of like the ECM-672 which has "rolled-off" and "more rolled-off" switch positions.
The 670 has fairly good off-axis response indoors, but it's also low sensitivity which helps off-axis problems and increases difficulty with quiet, distant subjects or when using poor mic preamps.
