Recording second language for DVD – workflow suggestions

I have a client who needs a second language put on a DVD. It’s a product presentation in English, he translated the text to Korean, typed it up, and he will be reading it. This is the workflow I am planning:

1. Put a laptop in front of him to see the original DVD while reading his text, put headphones over one ear to hear the original audio (not over both ears so he can control himself). This should assure he’s in sync with the original or at least close enough (we don’t intend to lip-sync).
2. Record using Adobe Audition
3. Edit to sync if necessary
4. Encode

The original DVD has four VOB files which I have converted to WinMedia and uploaded to my website for him to watch/listen and make notes in his text as to where each of the four files start and end.

Am I missing something here? I would love to be fully prepared before starting the job…
