Phonic Helix Board 12 Mixer (Anyone Know About it?)
 

I'm thinking of buying a digital mixer to record voice overs straight into my computer instead of onto my camera, capturing and so forth (I also might record some vocals for music). I don't have a lot of money and the only digital mixer I could find in my range (under $300) was this one:

I know "you pay for what you get" so I decided I'd ask around first. Any problems with noise or bad sound quality or anything? I'm new to the audio thing.
