Thanks again. Yeah, I am in the process of getting some particle board and some different screws for another box, so I can fine tune and adjust as necessary. Getting this thing in a dark location isn't the easy thing, but I am going to have to try something.

i made my first prototype out of a cardboard box to see if it worked. cut a hole, taped the lens the box, taped the cd motor in, then cut a hole in the other side of the box... pretty simple and it worked and made me want to make this thing

My first test was the same sort of thing. I used wax paper instead to test with and then moved on to work on a useable version.

Have you used your version for any filming yet?

As in pro work? No, not yet.
