Hey All,

1. it's rotating gg, not oscillating

2. If you already own your 15mm rods, all that's required is the micro35 and a lens mount, which for Nikon will run you a total of $575. Everything else is optional. We put together bundles because we were asked to price everything together, make it simple, and give options. No requirement to buy one.

3. We know some folks don't like the tradeoff of upside-down image (which we've added to the FAQ, thanks Imran for pointing out that it wasn't that obvious), which is why we're coming out with the micro35Pro later this year that has rightside up image and other enhancements. It will obviously cost more than the micro35 (though still be far less expensive than the mini35), but there are definitely some people that prefer not to deal with the image flip.

4. Dan - update to your question. The DIY Guide uses a lens cap as a lens mount, which again is the whole purpose of the DIY Guide - get one made as cheaply as possible. Is that the greatest mount in the world? Probably not :). Also, the Guide doesn't specify the total price of the resulting micro35 DIY adapter - $45 is only a ballpark estimate. If Home Depot Ireland charges more (apparently they do) well, we don't want anyone disappointed it's not exactly $45

Hope that helps - thanks for all the feedback.
