Much better!, I see your gone the "Noir" route in terms of style, thats feels too much like the website I'm working one (shhhh, its a secret!)

Plus, finally a decent web domain name, no more www.ntlworld :)

Good luck man!

Anhar

EDIT:

On the pciture transitions, I find that using a cross fade works wonders, plus you may want to slow down the timing, something like fours seconds per picture, just my view.

Thanks for your comments guys.

Tim, i'll upload the City of Brighton clip to the SGpro.co.uk server, thanks for that.

Anhar, yeah I initially wanted crossfades but i've never used flash before so stuck to cuts until I can update it. Each image should last for 5 seconds, how long does they stay onscreen your end?

Graham Bernard June 25th, 2006 03:42 AM

Wayne! Your site is getting better and betterer! . . Love visiting it and seeing the new clips.

Well done Ladz!

Looks very smart, very clean - nice job.

Personally, I'm not a big fan of entrance (click to enter) pages.
Also, i don't think widescreen format suits forums (fora?) or maybe that's my browser.

Anhar Miah June 25th, 2006 04:46 AM

well, I'll be damned, your right I went back and timed it it does indeed switch after five seconds, strange I saw it last night and based on perception it seemed faster than that, heh I guess how you precive time depends on many things and it was late last night!

Flash is easy, you just give it a try, my webapge has a crossfade banner and I did that in flash very easly, but the best way to do it is try out some tutorials:

I used them tutorials it was great starting point.

UPDATE: on your Gallery section you may want to have a look at the "thumbnail" Tutorial:
