Does the Mini35 relay lens use an achromat lens?

The mini 35 goes like this:

35mm film lens -> mini35 ground glass, flip prism, project to screen -> relay lens to camera.

As far as I know, Canons are the only ones to need a relay lens with the mini35. Other camera's will zoom onto the screen of the mini35. With a Canon the archomat will properly project the image to the Canon CCD block.

See picture: http://209.82.46.115/ebay/DSC01024.JPG

The relay lens for the Canon should not fit the body of the JVC for obvious reasons. The mounts are different.
