Not worth the money for what it is if you ask me.
Just flip the stock viewfinder. It's quite easy.

I'm not sure why I could and no one else can, but I just unscrewed the collar that locks down the viewfinder when you slide it up or down, then twisted the base of the VF, popped it right out, spun it, popped it back in, and locked the collar back in place. It took 10-12 seconds and didn't require a single tool.

Now I have a perfectly up side down viewfinder and didn't have to dremel a thing.

Yes, but the next time you're hanging from an open helicopter door at -50C will you be able to flip it back? :-)

I agree for JVC's but as a canon user, I am searching for a good (and affordable) b&w crt viewfinder. If I can find one wich is flipable... not bad. I think there is a market for the Canon XL series (you've got me interested)
