Is there a way to build a menu that say has a video on the right side, and text on the left, where if you click on the different text options on the left, and different video plays to the right?

never mind, I don't know how to do this in Architect. But you could do it in Director, Flash, or Multimedia Builder.

Yes. But it requires multiple menus. Just create several identical menus with different videos. When you click on one of the text buttons, have it go to the appropriate menu.
