Anyone have recommendations for favorite raincovers and a good carryon bag for the 350L? There are several options and they all look decent.

My preferance is Portabrace. I had a Kata bag once and didn't like the fact I had to slide the VF in on my JVC5000U to fit into the bag and didn't feel like there was any protection for the VF.
the Portabrace CC22PW is the bag I use now and it like many other PB bags has a piece of metal formed into an L shape to cover the bottom and side of the VF therefore nice protection.
My choice for raincovers and carry straps is also PB but thats just me.

Hi Warren,

I would also recommend a PortaBrace - bag.
Probably the best for the 330/350 is this one

http://www.portabrace.com/productA-SC-DSR450

which is designed for the DSR400/450. This Cams have the same Body as the 330/350...

Greeting vom Austria,
Robert

Thank you guys! One of the concerns I have is as airline carryon protection without being too big. Have any of you used these in that capacity?

I bought the case specific portabrace for the 350, CBA-F350 , took a little while to get it on, as the one side is complete windows, for the screen, etc.. however it works good. If you want pictures, just fire me off an email,
