I am new to FCS 2 and the editing on the Mac. It's been great to work with (and not a huge learning curve coming from PC and Premiere) but I have a strange thing happening. I export the project from within Final Cut it does the full sequence when I export using compressor it only does a small section (one of the clips to be exact the entire sequence is 4 clips with transitions) I have tried selecting everything in the sequence, selecting nothing. I just don't get what I may be doing wrong. any ideas?

In your "Browser" window of FCP, do you have your sequence highlighted "before" you click on export to compressor?

Probably not I had done the selecting in the Sequence part at the bottom. Thanks going to go try that :) will have to hide my head in shame lol.

Also, make sure you don't have in/out points set in your sequence itself.
