I used to burn DVDs quickly but now it takes 6 hours for a 15 minute DVD. I may have adjusted qaulity settings to be higher over the years, but it used to take an hour or so. Is it common for the studio pro to take that long to compress? Or is something wrong. I have a powerbook, w/ 2 gigs sdram.

I'd use compressor, but it mysteriously crashes when I do anything after I open it, ever since I first bought the software.
