Over Vegas 4 ???

I was able to buy the upgrade for the 150.00 special, but Sony has yet to get back to me with info on installing the upgrade over Vegas 4.

Has anyone done this ???

Is the upgrade basiclly a stand alone version of Pro 8 ?

Yes. It is completely independant of any other versions you have on your computer.
