I have a problem with my camera:
In the menu the interval timer is not selectable, even what AE I use.
According to the manual it should be functional in A, TV, AV, M or any other one. (page 75 in the pdf-manual)
But what I do, the funcion is purple, therefore not functional.
Does that mean the function is gone, the repair-man also doesnt know...

Is there a tape in the camera? The interval timer is not available unless a tape is already loaded in the camera. Also, be sure to set the menu option "Interval T" to the ON selection.

There was indeed no tape in the cam,
I inserted one and it all works great!
