I am looking for a decent audio program to help make some good soundtracks and I hear sonicfire is great, and so far I think it seems they are better than cinescore, any advice from people who use them?

Does it work well with Vegas?

Is there anything else around worth looking at?

How easy/difficult are they?

Can you recommend a few good tracks or librarys that are Must Haves? Good to get? and not worth it?

Any samples of what you did with them around?

Any advice for someone who is not the musically inclined type?

I've looked at both of these programs, and haven't been too crazy about the quality of the music they produce. I am going to try going the low-cost licensed music route, and so far the best deal has been from PumpAudio.

I have been having some fun using Acid Music Studio, and using the available Loop libraries to make my own music tracks. Check out this film I did in UWOL Challenge, for instance:

There are endless loops available out there for all kinds of genre.

Great music on that short, So is the acid express similar to the full version?

That stock music is pretty cool, lots there, if I have the time I will spend days searching for music for plenty of different projects, Thanks!

I am still interested in making some of my own for cerain things I am sure.

Each level adds something--- I think they have a chart at Sony Media listing what each does. I updated from a version that was included with Vegas Movie Studio to Music Studio level, but dang if I can recall why right now......
