I edit using Vegas 8 Pro. I drop an mxf file on the timeline, set the project properties to match the media properties, cut as appropriate, save, and now I want to render without recompressing. Is this possible, and if so which template do I use and what specific changes should I make to the settings, if any?

At the moment, it'll be recompressed. Now...if you bring it in as 1440 rather than 1920, so it's like XDCAM HD, then you have no recompression. But why would you want to?
