Hi Guys,
I am moving with my wife to Vancouver in 2 weeks and we are totally stoked!
I started as a Sport Photographer back in 1998 and switched to film making in 2003 when i starred a Paragliding film for Outside TV called 'Never Ending Thermal" ( www.neverendingthermal.com ).
I manage to save some money this year and got (still waiting for some components) a camera kit that's pretty neat.
Sony Ex1, Letus Extreme, Nikon 24, 35, 50 , 85 and 135 with follow focus, Mattebox and filters (ND, Grad, Polarizer, Black pro mist and Contrast).
I got also a Rode Shotgun kit and a soft 2k light.

Basically my plan is to arrive there with a nice demo reel on DVD + Website (still working on them) and visit all production companies offering my Freelance DOP/Camera Operator services. What do you guys think?

Any info or help would be truly appreciated.

You can check some of my work in www.wirepluggedproductions.com

Thanks for your help and happy new year.

Herminio
