Is there a process for converting a few clips from either mp4 or mxf format to a wmv without editing. I am waiting for the update to Canopus Broadcast and I want to take a couple of clips and convert them directly to High Def wmv files. Free or low cost shareware would be best! I will only use it for a few clips until I can edit using canopus edius.

for simple conversions I use SUPER from erightsoft.com. It's free and converts to and from a lot of different formats.

Windows Encoder 9 - free and works great.
