View Full Version : New Music Video shot with a Brevis

New music video for the band Latefallen. Camera was an HVX200, lenses were Nikons all connected to my Brevis. Can't say enough about how well the Brevis performed in low light - especially using the hvx - which not the greatest in low light. Lighting was a mostly a mix of kino flo's and hmi's. Shot handheld, some dolly and crane shots here and there.
Let me hear your comments and opinions.

Looks great! Really! Can you explain how you made the glass explode at the beginning?

Thanks guys! We shot the glass with a pellet gun. lol...

Oh, that makes sense. I kept thinking: "Well, maybe they created a 3d glass, then shattered that? No, that's too much work. What about marking where the glass was on the table, taking a shot of it, breaking it, putting it back, then adding a CC Shatter from After effects to give the explosion. But then wouldn't they need a ..." I guess your way makes more sense.

I was deciding if would buy the Brevis but now I really want it.
Some peoples(including me) would need your help in the webdelivery section of dvinfo.net
