The prior upgrade required V6 or V7 pro. Not bad. I have V8 at work, but V5 at home... I notice in the description of the software that AVCHD is not listed as a supported format!! Also since I have DVDA 4.5, if I buythis I should be ok??then. STUDIO, not PRO... consumer grade version, which from the one I tried when I first got started editing, is a great first program...
