Seems like Wedding video trailer is a big trend these day. B&G can watch their footage days after the wedding and share it with friends. Studios can promo themselves as well.

So, what you guys will and won't put into a trailer?

For me, 80% of the trailer would be the pre-ceremony footage, 20% won't be the after ceremony footage. I try not to put any ceremony footage in the trailer to tease the B&G.

I finally booked my first wedding trailer this year. I plan to keep it short (around 60 seconds or so) and I will probably feature some rehearsal, pre-ceremony, photoshoot, ceremony and reception in relatively equal amounts, with some added detail shots. I'm going to be writing up a script and contracting a professional voiceover for the video as well.

I've done some 30-second teasers in the past, and I was always careful not to reveal too much in any particular shot, and I will be doing the same here.

Professsional V.O? sounds interesting....

for me, I would use their vows for V.O., more personalized

Well, I'm approaching the wedding trailer as if it were a movie trailer, so the VO will hopefully work out well. Guess we'll see. I'll try and remember to post a link on here in about 6 months when I do it.
