Hey guys, i'm currently compiling my 2nd project to dvd. The first one was realeased 2 years ago and back then HDTV werent really all that affordable and in many homes. Anyway
so here is my dilema, i've shot 24p 4.3 ratio(yes i know i probably should have done 16x9). I've been testing output formats and nothing is really good.
Im editing on pro cs2
exproting as mpg2dvd highest bitrates, when i watch it on the HDTV it looks like ass, is there anyway to get it to look decent so there isnt many jagies around. The picture doesnt flicker but u can see a ton of jaggies. Or is this what i'm going to get from having SD footage shown on HD tv?
I looked into this but coudlnt really find any suitable answers.
thanks in advance

i htink i'm slowly realizing that even with all the highest settings i'll still see jagies on HDTV's..its just how the tech is....
